Indigo Dove Fellowship Training
Indigo Dove Therapy & Wellness is committed to developing the next generation of compassionate, culturally responsive, and clinically excellent mental health professionals.
We are actively seeking motivated graduate students pursuing degrees in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling to join Indigo Dove Fellowship Training. Designed for emerging therapists preparing for long term clinical careers, this training experience offers immersive, hands on practicum and internship opportunities within a growing multidisciplinary group practice.
At Indigo Dove, Fellows gain exposure to diverse populations, evidence based modalities, group work, trauma informed care, family systems, faith sensitive counseling approaches, and community centered mental wellness initiatives.
More than a traditional internship, Indigo Dove Fellowship Training is a professional development experience built to help future clinicians grow in confidence, competence, identity, and clinical excellence.

What fellows do
Training Responsibilities
- Provide weekly client sessions under supervision
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
- Assist in developing treatment plans and interventions with supervisory support
- Attend and actively participate in individual and group supervision
- Participate in trainings, team meetings, and professional development experiences
- Support a collaborative, growth oriented clinical culture
- Demonstrate professionalism, ethical practice, and strong communication skills
Who we’re seeking
Training Requirements
- Currently enrolled in the second year of a Master’s program in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- Eligible for practicum, internship, or field placement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining coachable and collaborative
- Openness to feedback, supervision, and continued growth
- Curiosity, emotional maturity, and a commitment to developing clinical excellence
- Alignment with a team oriented and community centered practice culture
